Thank you for considering Made With Love for your wedding invitation! Our process usually begins with an initial consultation, by email, phone, or meeting, to determine what your wedding needs are. All components of the wedding line is available for customization (ink colors, fonts, layout, paper sizes, and any other additional embellishments). Complete custom design for your big day is also available!

Typical timeframe for your wedding invitation from design to delivery will take about 4 to 12 weeks, depending on how fast the approval process is as well as the number of components in your order.

Placing your order

Once you've decided on which wedding line and design elements you would like to add to your stationery, please fill out our estimate inquiry form and email it to us! Within three business days after we've received the form, we will email you with an estimate. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding your estimate. Once you've decided to choose us as your designer for your wedding stationery, we will send you:

1. A text form for you to complete
2. A contract for you to sign and return
3. An invoice/payment form for you to submit your non-refundable deposit (50% is due to begin the design process)

When you return your completed text form, signed contract, and the deposit, we will begin the design process.

Design Process

For orders on the wedding line
Once we have received your completed text form, you will receive your first design proof via PDF sent by email within 4-7 business days. This proof will include all the pieces in your order, based on the text you've provided on the text form along with the additional font selection.

Two rounds of revisions are available with your order of basic invitation set (Invitation, RSVP, Reception, Thank You, Direction/Accommodation Card, Place Card, Favor Tags) and three rounds of revisions if you are ordering additional pieces (Menu, Program, Table Numbers).

For custom design
Once we have received your completed text form, you will receive your first design proof via PDF sent by email within 7-14 business days. This proof will include 3 design directions for your invitation. Once you've chosen the design you would like to go with, we will proceed to design the rest of your wedding invitation set for your second design proof, which will take another 7-10 business days.

Three to five design rounds are available with your order, depending on the number of elements in your order.

Additional Rounds
Extra rounds are subject to additional fee of $30/round.

Approval Process

Please proofread all pieces carefully before signing off on your proofs. You may approve your proof by email or fax. Your final proof approval assumes total responsibility for all design and typographical elements. Made With Love is not responsible for any typographical and design errors that you have approved, nor will a refund be issued.

Printing

Once all pieces are approved, we will contact you within 2-3 business days with a delivery date. Final payment must be received before the printing of your invitation.

Finishing Work

Once your printed pieces are complete, our assembly team will undertake any finish work (i.e. setting crystals, mounting invitations on pocket folders, tying ribbons, etc.) which you have chosen.

Ship or Pick Up

Our standard method for domestic shipping is UPS ground. Made With Love is based out of Chicago, Illinois where pick up or drop off options are available.

Additional Information

Rush Orders
Rush orders are available. Orders requiring a 3 week turn around are subject to a rush fee of an additional 25% of your final cost. Orders requiring a 2 week turnaround are subject to a rush fee of 50% of your final cost. Any expedited shipping required for your order are included in the rush fee.

Expedited and International Shipping
Expedited and international shipping are available at an additional charge. Please let us know in advance if you require these services.

Payment
Made With Love accepts checks and credit card via PayPal (you will not need to sign up for a paypal account to pay an invoice).

Early Envelopes
Please let us know if you wish to have the envelopes shipped early to you or a calligrapher. We are able to print the envelopes ahead of the rest of the invitation set. There will be an additional press time charge of $75 plus shipping added to your final invoice.
